The office is open 9AM to 5PM daily. If you check in after 5PM, go to the office by 11AM the next morning to get your pass. They will not do anything the first night they see your car in the parking lot.

 

If you are there during normal business hours, they may be touring the complex. You can call them at 409-740-3488 during normal business hours to find out when they will be back at the office.

It is against HOA bylaws to smoke on the balconies. The HOA courtesy officers will assess a $500 fine to anyone they observe smoking on a balcony. There are designated smoking areas scattered throuoghout the complex grounds where smoking is permitted.

There are multiple communal charcoal grills in the complex including one adjacent to the main pool.
